They will go for placement in all the colleges and will not select even one candidate from about 20-25 colleges or even more. There were two online test conducted at our college and then around 5 more rounds were left. we were called to the office. We were made to sit in the waiting room outside where we are not suppose to talk as told by the peon outside. Also it was a very small cabin and it was really hot so we switched on the fan and the peon came and switched it off and it happen twice. The we had to tell him that we cannot sit in this much heat. while one of our friend was in for interview I wanted to go to the washroom. But to go in the office you need access card so me and my friend went outside to search for washroom in the complex the peon came running out and told you cannot go anywhere before the whole interview is over. And we were not able to go to the washroom for 1 30 hour. also the questions asked in the interview were irrelevant. there was a question asked which language do you like? if you say .net then and only then you are in for the next round. but still while posting jobs they dont tell that they prefer .net developers.
