The whole process took around 3months after the first online application, then after some IQ and characteristic tests, coding tests and online skype interview, I was invited to the assessment center in Sweden where we were 20 people and 10 were supposed to be elected finally. In the assessment center, we had activities such as group discussions, role-playing, and individual interview.

The interview was smooth. The recruiter along with the hiring manager asked me questions in order to understand my background and my personality. They were both very friendly and made me feel very comfortable.

Processus long et qui demande beaucoup d’investissement. Malheureusement ils devraient faire les tests un par un car cela nous faire perdre du temps. Réponse qui se fait attendre, cependant le graduate semble intéressant
