A long interview process first their is aptitude screening that was a tough one. then a case study where you have to write down a paragraph by your own and type it in PC. further a hr interview where your communications are checked. and then a technical interview about research. at last their is final interview regarding salary......

Its is mentioned on their website in detail. There are various rounds like aptitude, case study, HR round and face to face interview. There were few rounds on day one and then they called me back after 15 days for face to face interview. A PM took the interview which was quite easy. They look for good communication skills. They mostly not call you for second round if you quote a high salary.
