The process consisted of the following rounds: 1. Initial screening by the Unity technical recruiter (30 min) 2. Initial interview with the hiring manager (30 min) 3. Coding test via Codility (80 min, 2 assignments) 4. Four interviews with various managers (4 x 30 min) 5. Final casual interview with the hiring manager (30 min) 6. Contract negotiations with the technical recruiter (30 min) The hiring process with Unity was exceptionally pleasant and streamlined, and is by far the most enjoyable one that I have experienced.The interactions with the technical recruiters were very welcoming and informative, and the staff in the technical interviews were very forthcoming, approachable, and kind.
