interview was conducted by three friendly staff members. Serious questions with room for light conversation. The primary focus of the interview was to determine the level of familiarity with Apple computers and the Adobe Software Suite. Classroom knowledge of the programs seemed to be an appreciated experience. Video editing and web design skills were an added bonus, but not essential. Main desired traits were familiarity with image resolutions and photo restoration skills. The most common task of the job was scanning photos in a high resolutions and removing dust and scratches from images. Maps and simple images were fully restored to new looking conditions. Having these skills were most desired during the interview.
