HR Round The HR interview assesses your basic eligibility and communication skills. They typically ask: Tell me about yourself. Why do you want to work here? What do you know about the company? Are you comfortable working night shifts, weekends, or rotational shifts? What are your salary expectations? Questions about your education and previous work experience.

There were 2 rounds of interview and both were simple, you just need to have good conversation skills and confidence. You can opt for virtual as well as on-site interviews

They explained the role, shifts, and salary structure clearly. Round 1 – HR Screening Basic introduction about myself, my background, and why I want to join TaskUs. Questions about communication skills, flexibility with shifts, and knowledge about the company. Round 2 – Communication/Voice Assessment A short test to check English fluency, pronunciation, and clarity. Reading passages, listening comprehension, and a mock customer call scenario.
