I spent a few hours developing a web application with certain specifications in the presence of the CTO and CEO. Throughout the interview they would occasionally check up on my progress, and sometimes give suggestions on improving the front-end interface. After finishing the web app, I showed them some of my previous projects, and was offered a job the next day.
