I applied online and then was able to meet and talk with a staff member in person. We discussed my life and my faith. It was more of a conversation rather than an interview.
Easy and personable. Lots of personality aimed questions and questions about your beliefs to assess fit with a group for the summer. They were a pleasure to get to know.
