After being asked to complete an assessment within a day—which I did—I was informed that I cleared the first round. However, for the next 20 days, I kept receiving updates from their HR saying the panel was unavailable. Later, I was abruptly told that the position had already been filled. This was never communicated earlier, and when I tried to seek clarification, the behavior from some HR members was dismissive and unprofessional.
