Started with a call from HR. Next meeting was with the VP of Engineering. Follow up meeting with the same VP and the CTO. This meeting was to help me understand the current Development process at Traction Guest and perceived gaps and shortcomings. Next they asked for my input on how and what changesI would implement to improve the process and resolve the shortcomings and fill the gaps. The followup to this meeting was a presentation on my proposed solutions.
