Got an interview at my school after a career fair, then had to fly out for a two day interview. We had to build a short presentation on one of the company segments, nothing too difficult, and did some team building exercises. They keep you up fairly late, and wake you up pretty early to go view the segments.

First was phone interview where they asked mostly personality questions and how I handle difficult situations with examples.
Second interview was in person in Kellyville for 3 days. You're expected to research and make a presentation with a group on one of their business lines. They're not expecting you to be an expert, but to see if you've done your homework and put in effort. There are a few different interviewers who seem to be observing your behavior and how well you interact with other people.

it takes a long time to replay until now I don't take the result coworkers are good, it depends on the location and job youre in. safety is scrutinized heavily in this company, pay is fair and can be higher through the associates program

The first round was 1:1 with the recruiter. Consisted of general questions about ur CV, why u want to leave previous job, good n bad things about ur previous employer. Went on for about 35-40 minutes.
