Just like what you learned in class, they ask you critical questions on how to care for the residents if something happens. I think they favor those who are, at time of employment, studying in the health field, thus adding to your likeliness to get hired over the others. I let them know I had no job experience in the field so they were very cooperative on helping me grow when they hired me.
