Quick and easy! I had a call with a recruiter where we went over my basic qualifications and salary expectations. got scheduled with two interviews (1-hour long each) for the next week. All interviews are STAR method. They gave me the core competencies that the questions would be based on, so I came up with 10ish scenarios and how I could adapt them to explain how I fit the core competencies. I practiced A LOT!
