First there is phone interview then an interview on site with two different managers. The phone interview takes about 30 minutes and they ask questions related to your work experience and some customer related questions. At the end of the call the recruiter let's you know if she will forward your application to get a second interview. About a week later some one contacts you to schedule second interview , the 1st manager shows you around then begins interview then you observe an employee in the position you applied for then you have a second interview with the second manager. The process took about 2 and a half hours.
