So I applied online and to my surprise I received a follow up email stating that they would like to move forward with me to do an assessment. Post the assessment test I was then contacted by a recruiter to set up a telephone interview. Please have a full understanding of what the Star format is it. All the interview will be structured around this. The best way to answer these questions are to pull from past experiences the most complex piece of your job. At the end of the day the interview wants to see your problem solving skills., Yes I know it is difficult especially for graduates with no experience. The truth is you have to come up with an answer and you just have to find one. In the real world no one cares just answer the question and show that you can solve a problem and come up with a result. The face to face interview was very intense, Yet my interviewer and I build somewhat of a great rapport she was not less of being thorough. We had lots of small talk but she was very good about redirecting the convos back to core of the interview. Interviewing is difficult but show that you are a regular person that can communicate and be articulate. The interview lasted for about 2hours the interviewer literally was like we went over time. Now am in a waiting game waiting for response from the recruiter on my status. Yet I interview well am still uncertain what their decisions will be. All in all it was a great experience I will have to say they impress my it was definitely a thorough process. The benefits seems great and for potential upward mobility seems realistic

So I will admit, the interview process is lengthily but it is all worth it! First I had to pass the assessment, then the video submissions and once I finally passed that I was able to actually connect with the recruiter and just go over what there was to be expected in my upcoming video interview with management. She gave me all of the info as to what were some things that were going to focus on the most ( Time Management & Decision Making ) and to just have some examples already set. I made myself a google doc with different questions and answers (all STAR format based) because the STAR format is how theyu conduct the interviews. But after about a week of getting all of these things done, I had my interview on a Tuesday and was told I would be hearing from the recruiter within a couple of days but was lucky enough to receive a call later that same day and HAPPILY ACCETPED! Good things come to those who wait. The questions I put below aren't the exact ones but they are pretty much the same, they are the answers I used for my interview answers.
