Talked with recruiter on the phone about myself and the position, then talked with the hiring manager over the phone mostly about my background and the position, was asked a couple of technical questions. Then got an on-site interview two weeks later. Met with hiring manager, his boss, his colleague and his subordinate. Mostly asked about behavioral questions and my own work experience. Though it went well. After that came two weeks of silence and eventually after repeated inquiry the word came that the position went to a local candidate. It was three weeks after the on-site. Still waiting for reimbursement of the travel expenses. It's been nearly three months since then.
