you apply for the position and then they send you an assessment test. after the assessment test, you do a hirevue interview where they ask you 8 behavorial based questions in which you have to respond in STAR format. if you are selected to move to the next step, then you do an actual interview with the hiring manager either by video or in person. i never got to the last part. this is my second time and they dont select me. i studied for 1 week behavioral based questions. i even have experience and they still didnt hire me. this is bull crap... starting to think this is about politics. its who you know not what you know. good luck!!

So far the interview process started with an assessment about yourself and how you would fit into the role along with behavioral and situational style questions. On to the Video interview which is where I am currently at in the process.

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.
