I first applied for this position 4 years ago, and was denied next steps after a phone interview. I applied again June 27. Did the assessment, video interview, manager interview, and got my offer on July 27. My start date is Aug 20. The process from application to start date was about 2 months. I did study for my interview... looked at the company's core values, and read the job description 3 million times! I was able to tie my current employer experiences and made it showcase how I would succeed in the role at progressive. Background check process was nerve racking though!

So far the interview process started with an assessment about yourself and how you would fit into the role along with behavioral and situational style questions. On to the Video interview which is where I am currently at in the process.

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.
