First, I went through a phone interview and then came in for an in-person interview. The interview process was with a couple different managers in the department and the questions were all behavioral. They allowed you to ask any questions you had at the end so have a couple questions prepared for each manager. The HR recruiter got back to me fairly soon after the interviews which was nice.
