First I took an online test then I got an email that I've passed and scheduled a phone interview, the phone interview was about 30 mins long and they asked about you past experiences like tell me about a time u made a quick decision and what was the outcome, they really go by the STAR technique. I have my face to face interview on Sept 6! I'm really nervous if someone can give me some tips that would be AWESOME! Pray for me ppl I really need the job or I'll have to leave my apt... Process was pretty good. Progressive Insurance interview questions are based on the Targeted Selection model (behavior-based questions) developed by DDI. These questions give us a sneak peek into how you work and implement your skills and abilities. The school of thought here is that past behavior can predict future behavior.

Interviewer was very easy to speak with and a 30 minute interview turned into an 1 .25 hour, ending with an offer contingent on background check report. Started by reviewing work history and relevant skills for position, followed by two behavioral interview questions

After submitting application and completing the questionnaire was scheduled for phone interview within a week. Following week received notification about in person interview.
Interviewed following week. I felt it was intense with multiple STAR questions . Prepare prepare prepare!!
