This was my second time applying so the initial assessment was skipped. 6/26/18 Applied 7/6/18 Received invite for phone interview 7/12/18 Phone Interview 7/16/18 Was told that I would find out if I would be proceeding by this date. Phone interviewer was very nice. Understood that I was nervous so she helped ease the situation. Started by informing me what the interview was going to be about. 1. Explanation of role, benefits, salary, training, and schedule. 2. Explained that there would be a comprehensive background check as well a thorough investigation of employment and school degree. 3. Review of resume 4. Behavioral based questions (STAR) You want to base your answers around what they are looking for. Review basic STAR questions and take a look at the job description. Make them relate. Overall, make sure this role is really for you. A fast paced environment that forces you to juggle tasks, dealing with angry customers, while providing excellent customer service and meeting deadlines.

So far the interview process started with an assessment about yourself and how you would fit into the role along with behavioral and situational style questions. On to the Video interview which is where I am currently at in the process.
