F2F interview, two guys from QA ( Seems lead and Sr tester) are very pathetic, they do not have good culture to interview the candidate, they themselves not knowing what they are asking,how to behave and what interview questions suppose to be ask for the candidate whose profile match for the Automation Testing. I am 100% sure they are technically very poor in terms of automation testing. They are doing just time pass with worst attitude during interview by using jargons. They do not have a courtesy to listen about the candidate experience. Simply just asking the questions randomly whatever comes to the mind. Most of the questions are very irrelevant to candidate experience. Without waiting the first round result , I stepped out from this company because of the worst culture of interviewers.
