First stage was one of those recorded interviews with questions being shown on the screen and you’re given a few minutes to record. Second stage was a group interview. You get to discuss about a pretty common topic (example: social media) in a group and you have to present it to the interviewers. You’re given time to prep. After that you’ll also be put into rooms with a single interviewer so you get to ask more questions, so they could ask you more questions too. The whole interview process was super long though. They considered to place me in a few other departments and kept making me do more tests and eventually the wait just became longer for some sort of a definitive answer. By the time they gave me an official offer, I was already working for another company. The pay they offered me was RM3000.
