I had 2 interviews for the above role which were both excellent The 1st interview involved various competencies and a lot of general conversation concerning my insurance/administration skills and experience/CII studies and career development options The 2nd interview concerned various competencies/my previous management roles/experience and my career development options and hopes Both interviews explored my entire career experience and were very well structured and completed by very friendly and professional people
