Initial phone screening with corporate recruiter. About 2 weeks later was called to schedule an in person interview with hiring manager and other client reps in that unit. Was made an offer about a week later but then waited for background check process with took about 2 weeks.

Had two interviews with two different managers. Both times, I felt very comfortable and at ease with them. I was not privy to the corporate sphere at the time but you could tell that under the business attire these were some very interesting and down-to-earth people. Basic questions were asked; nothing unfair or overly complex to throw you off your game à la Google or LinkedIn (but be sure to already have an idea of your salary expectations walking in). After formalities were done we chatted a bit about our motivations and why we ended up where we are. 10/10 would interview with them again
