It was a fairly typical interview for a small software company. I applied online and set up a phone screen with HR. After the phone screen, I was given a code test that I had 2 days to complete. The code test they provide for front end roles is a very good representation of what skills are needed for the position. I was invited in to interview at the office which took about 2 hours and received an offer the next day.
