This is my first organization. I started my career with KIS Pvt. Ltd. The process was like this: -After that I had telephonic interview which was technical (basic questions on C, C++, logics, find bugs in code etc - After 1 day, the result was out and I was invited for the next round. It was with Team Lead, again to test my basic logical ability - After 2 days, the result was out and I was again invited for the last round with MD. It was again technical and it went well. This interview went for like 20 min max comparative to 2nd round which took 1 hour. - Very Comfortable process & very professional. The result was out on the same day and I was selected
