The interview process was super long. Between applying, initial interview (a couple days after I applied) and final round interview - it was almost 10 weeks which felt long to me. There was 1 interview, then a lengthy skills assessment, a hiring manager interview where I went over the skills assessment (extremely analytical questions that I wasn't expecting - but I got past it somehow) and then 3 back to back to back 30 minute interviews where they unexpectedly had me do 2 case studies on the spot where they shared their screen and showed me a graph without much context. The recruiter was great but I wish there was more clarity throughout the process and maybe a warning about the case studies.
