Phone screen was approximately 30 minutes long. Invitation to come to the office for in person interview with prospective managing team. Comfortable, private meeting room booked for discussion. Started with personality questions. Went on to business (in particular what I knew about the business) and position oriented questions. Ended with culture / company fit questions. Less than 1 hour long. Lots of time to ask the company my questions at the end.
