After being shortlisted, I conducted a video interview on an online, timed platform - you have multiple times to practice with the system before you start the actual recording of the video interview. I then submitted my official transcript and 2 letters of recommendation. All of these were considered by the panel before I moved on to the next stage. The next stage consisted of an hour long video conference interview and the final stage was an hour long in-person interview - they cover the expenses associated with getting to New York but have extra money to cover your meals, transport and visas and they will reimburse you afterwards.
