All questions are behavioral based. Most interviews involve two members from the management team interviewing one person. Can feel awkward, but usually they are still okay. Just make sure to do a lot of research on answering behavioral questions. If you have a friend that works there, you may ask them to print a copy of the potential questions that they will ask (all interview questions can be accessed by full time employees on the employee information database.)
