It's been over a year since I've worked for them and I believe I can write about the experience I had as well as what I've witnessed in person afterwards and from co workers I've sent there for the position(s). The Management team at their DC Location in particular are not respectful of your time. I repeat and EMPHASIZE on this Point. They will have you wait a minimum of 40 minutes. I had to wait an hour. There are "three" interviews you do and the final one is supposed to be with the General Manager. Mine was different because they made a mistake and forgot I existed and waited an hour and a half, then they lost my paperwork from the first interview. I had the GM as my first examiner. When you do get hired, you will go upstairs to the private dining room and get the onboarding process with a video of Gordon welcoming you to the team etc etc. They will reiterate constantly that Hell's Kitchen is an Upscale concept NOT Fine Dining. I've seen them hire underqualified individuals on many occasions and you do NOT need previous experience. I've literally seen some wild things happen.
