I had an interview with HR. The HR person I spoke with sounded really nice. I really liked this company that is "doing some good" but their interview process is disappointing and very slow. It took two weeks to get a formal reply after the HR interview. I was initially told that I would get a reply within a few days and this went on for 2 weeks. I did send them an email to check how it is going and they told me that they will reply to me by Friday (which didn't happen) and finally i received a response a few days later.
