It was a straight forward process and heard back the same day to say I had got the job and could start in 2 weeks with the next training group

I applied for the sales role within the company. I had to present how to sell certain products as well as an individual itnerview. Everything was very welcoming and wasnt uncomfortable at all which was great.

Was put in a room with about 5-6 other people in it. Spent the first few hours getting to know each other, learning a brief bit about the job and the roles. We then had a tour of the office building, and then we were taken to a separate office where we had a english and maths test. If you pass that, you then do a team activity where you have to do a sales pitch. Once this is done, you fill in a form and go for an interview. One all this is done, you're free to go. However, be prepared that this is a surprisingly long interview process that does last for a good few hours.
