Was called by a District Manager for a phone interview. After speaking to him and getting an idea of what they are looking for I was asked to have a face to face interview. At the inperson interview I went to local branch where the District Manager and General Manger both interviewed me. The General Manager did not interact during the interview the District Manger asked all the questions. I was offered the job on the spot.

A week or two after applying online, I was contacted for a phone interview with HR. About a week later, I was contacted by the General Manager of the store to interview the next day. After the second interview, I interviewed with the District Manager. I was offered the job the next day.
