Three rounds of interviews. First round was a phone call with the HR person, was about 15 minutes. Second round was a zoom call with the team manager, was about 30 minutes. Third round was a panel interview with the HR person, team manager, and another member from the team. They asked me 12 questions from a sheet of paper and were grading me based on a rubric they said.
