First interview is online, if you get selected the next one is offline they fly you down in banglore there in the office they 5-6 people will come back to back for interviews, that lasts about 5-6 hours, in between when is lunch time they will take you to lunch and at the end if they vote and based on the verdict if its a tie the final round is taken by the founder.
