Went through endless rounds online, eventually passed and got offered a job, then got put on a waiting list for over 18 months then had to redo the whole interview process in person for some reason, I think because they made a mistake offering too many people work and wanted to cut their waiting list. Whole thing was a disorganised mess, stringing potential candidates along with no updates or sense of how long it would take.
