You talk to campus recruiters at the career fair or the information session. From there, they screen the resumes and decide who gets interviews. You have an initial campus interview and describe when you would like to go. They give your resume to the different possible sites. If you are chosen, from there they phone interview you for their site. After that, they choose their interns.

Took less than one week then called up for an interview. There were two nice lady interviewing me. The interview question generally are behaviour questions, the process took 45 minutes. They basically asked how you deal with your difficulties. they never asked really any technical questions, most are asked for more detailed for your projects, internships and so on.

I got called back after job fair at my university. I got a one-on-one interview that lasted about 90 minutes. Discuss mostly about behavioral questions. Two weeks later I got a phone interview by a lead engineer. Questions were mostly technical questions about situations were I had use similar procedures that are used in the company. A week after my phone interview I got my job offer.
