Extremely Easy. I had a couple of phone interviews and then an in-person interview. When I came in for the in-person interview, I was first struck by the environment of Edaptive Computing. The employees there seemed stressed and undervalued. I go into a room to answer a few questions for them. Then Anju, the CEO, gave me a 1 on 1 interview where she asked a few questions. Then we began to talk salary and she told me I am nothing and should not be demanding such a "high salary". She said her company offers great benefits which is why their salary seems lower than others. My recommendation: do not work here. It is not a place that can propel you in your career and you will not enjoy working here.
