I had a telephone interview with dual insurance for a new test lead position. I felt i answered every question perfectly yet the final outcome was not enough management experience. However, if they felt this was the case they should not have even interviewed me after looking at my CV. I have never felt so discriminated against, as a habit i do record my phone interview so i will definitely be taking some legal advice on this matter.
