I received a Linkedin request and then i scheduled a phone call with the recruiting HR who walked me through the job description and explained the hiring process before asking me typical HR questions. I exchanged via teams with the hiring manager who was very friendly which made me feel comfortable during the interview. Then a few days later got another call with other hiring members. The last step was to go on site to meet the hiring manager and visit the facility which met to an offer a few days after. The hiring process took around 3 weeks total.
