After a phone call and some emails, I met with the agency manager and then later met with CEO. They are a company highly interested in as a person and the quality of the person. TEAM is very apparent for the organization.

I got interviewed by some guy who claims to be HR but I looked him up. He's a Life Coach whom I'm pretty sure isn't qualified to be HR. He showed me around the office and talked it up. Sad really. I've interviewed other insurance places and they all know how bad it is to work there.
