The interview was a standard two step process. There was first a phone interview with the head of the IT department and two of the more experienced developers that lasts roughly half an hour. If they liked your responses, they then invite you to an in-person interview with the head of the IT department and one of the more experience developers with additional technical questions. The interview lasts roughly between 40 minutes and an hour.
