I received an interview request in Jan 2023. I scheduled an initial call screen with their Technical Recruiter who setup a call with one of the Hiring Managers. The interview went well (from my perspective anyway) and the HM said I would hear back from the Recruiter about next steps. After a few days I sent a follow up email expressing my thanks for the interview and inquiring about the next steps. After another week of no response, I sent one more follow up. I got an email apologizing and explaining that things were very busy, but they'd reach out to the HM to see what they say. No further response or feedback.
