The process started with an approximately 30 minutes phone interview with HR questions and very basic technical questions. Then I have received an email informing me that I was invited to Cisco's assessment centre where they gave us a number of networking related topics to focus on reading. The assessment will take an entire day and will include a number of activities (2 technical interviews, HR interview, group discussion, presentation and role play).
