Terrible process. Despite being one of the most sought out Check Point experts in the area, Check Point reached out almost yearly because of my skills. The system the internal recruiters use can't deal with modern domain names, and they are poor at follow up and follow through. When I did finally get an in person interview, they gave me a skills test that 1) is unfair to older workers because of the small almost unreadable, sub 8 point font print and 2) blurry print. They never bothered to follow up or provide any further contact. If this is how they treat people pre-employment, I can see why there is a turnover issue.

HR communication was extremely poor throughout the process. Despite follow-ups, received no response or updates. Candidates are left in complete silence with no closure or rejection email. Very unprofessional experience for candidates.
