Ridiculous Then a group session - 4 hours of your day - starts early morning 8am. Throws you into a group. Cannot shine with your work and your skills and experience if you are an introvert and find it difficult when others in the group are extroverted and loud and take over conversations even when they really don’t make sense. You have 1 hour to do a task and no one joined so you can’t really show your collaboration skills. They join when you have a presentation to give and ask questions and that’s it. They join at the end to see your presentation skills and base their judgement on that and nothing else. If that is the case make it clear in the job description and don’t waste people’s time. By the way, they’ll schedule this group interview 1 week before so you have to take half a day of annual leave for nothing. Extremely rude and treated like you are on their time. All this in the interview stage.
