After applying to an recruiting event I was invited by HR. The event kicked-off with joint cooking and relaxed networking. The second day start with two group case studies, presentations and interviews. During the assessment center several consultants of Capgemini were present and always approachable, creating a challenging but open environment. The interview itself was demanding, but always respectful and fair.

Entretiens OK. Mais aucun retour des RH après le dernier entretien. Malgré une relance par mail ET par appel téléphonique. J'ai rarement vu ça dans un processus d'entretien en cabinet de conseil.

There were two interviews: one entry interview with a team member and one case study with the hiring manager. Both interviews were positive and professional. In the end, a rejection with an automated letter via HR, with no feedback, hence the negative review.
