Terrible recruitment process with incompetent recruiters. Had a recruiter cold call me several times during work hours without any prior email which felt quite unprofessional (emails = paper trail). After an initial screening call, I was told that I might be a good match for the role and that the next call will be with the Hiring Manager. Recruiter request that I manually answer number of security clearance questions via email, which is very unusual (despite having answered and submitted them as part of my initial job application, which led to the recruiter call). Anyway, I got a sudden automated rejection email.
